These beautifully designed luxury holiday apartments bring you fine living at the heart of Portavadie Marina. Glass, local stone and wood create a timeless, Mediterranean-style oasis on the shores of Loch Fyne, Scotland. Open-plan spaces, contemporary comfort and breathtaking loch views from your balcony – you really will experience Scotland in style. (A 3 night minimum stay is required June to September. Please note dogs are not permitted in these properties)

Marina View Deluxe apartments 2 and 9
These townhouse-style apartments sit right on the waterfront and are the pinnacle of our luxury accommodation range. Simply decorated with natural hues of blue, green and grey, they are the ultimate expression of fine waterside living, combining space, light and contemporary design to create the perfect holiday accommodation. The two bedrooms downstairs both have en-suite facilities. There is also a sauna room and separate walk in shower. Upstairs the open-plan U-shaped kitchen and flooded with natural light and features a dining area and huge comfy leather sofa. The spacious balcony is right on the waterfront and has spectacular views of Arran, on a clear day.
Fyne View apartments 1,4,8 and 11
These three-bedroom apartments have a prime location right on the waterfront. The first-floor kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for entertaining. With windows to all sides, the space is light-filled and affords stunning views down the loch to Arran. It leads onto a spacious L-shaped balcony – perfect for watching the boats sail by. You will also find a sauna room complete with a double walk-in shower and a double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and bath on this floor. The spiral staircase leads up to the second floor, where there are two double bedrooms both with their own private balconies. Both have en-suites with double walk-in showers. The corridor leads to the mezzanine level which is just the place to kick back and enjoy the views. And what views they are – you really do feel like you are surrounded by water here. There are two large comfy leather sofas, one of which turns into a sofa bed.
Marina View apartments 5 and 6
These fabulous two-bedroom apartments can be joined to accommodate larger groups. The two double bedrooms are on the ground floor and have lovely views of the marina. The sauna suite is located adjacent to the first double bedroom, complete with over bath tile television and quirky porthole feature. The stairs sweep up to the second floor where the large open-plan kitchen and living space is the perfect place to entertain and relax. The glass atrium fills the space with light. Sink into the huge L-shaped leather sofa or enjoy a drink on the balcony and watch the sunset over the marina. There is also a large bathroom on this floor complete with walk in shower for guests taking advantage of the additional sofa bed.
Arran View 7 and 10
Sitting right on the waterfront, these two-bedroom ground-floor apartments offer accessibility features. The open-plan living and kitchen area is light and cosy. The double bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms one with a walk-in shower the other ensuite comes complete with bath, tile television and sauna. Wake up to beautiful views of Arran and enjoy a coffee on your terrace overlooking the marina.
